You and other Queen of Heaven families are invited to get the campus ready for the 2008-2009 school year! This clean up day will take place on Saturday, August 9th from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. We will help clean the school, pull weeds, paint, and give teachers a hand moving in. Great way to acquaint or re-acquaint with other parents and teachers! See you there!

Queen of Heaven is located in beautiful midtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are an elementary and middle school committed to academic excellence and teaching Catholic Christian values. A dedicated staff of teachers, involved parents and caring parish make a wonderful Queen of Heaven Community. Our pastor, Fr. Johnny Lee Chavez and principal, Dr. Richard Dodson guide us as we teach our children respect, reverence and responsibility.

AR Quizzes
The school and library are always in need of new AR quizzes. AR quizzes cost $3.50 each. With our voracious readers and their desire for new books (and quizzes to go with them), the money needed adds up quickly. If there is a particular AR quiz(zes) you would like to purchase for the school, you may send the money and quiz/book name to the librarian. Double-check first that it is not already on our list of AR quizzes, and you can also check to see if there is a quiz (and its level) at http://www.renlearn.com/store - Quiz Search.

2008 – 2009 Registration
Open registration has now started. Please come to the school office to register. Allow 20 minutes to do the paperwork. Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please notify the school if your child will not be returning for the next school year. Registration is now $350. Tuition rates for the 2008-2009 school year are as follows: PK-5 paid in full: $3,850; PK-5 on FACTS: $4,000; Grades 6-8 paid in full: $3,900; Grades 6-8 on FACTS: $4050.
We now offer a standard-based, full day Pre-Kindergarten Program! For more information and answer to your questions please call the school at 505-881-2484.
